Bulls which deliver high growth, fertility and superior carcase attributes and have the do-ability with long, deep bodies are constantly being bred to improve client’s end product and perform over the base of the maternal Little Meadows females.
We believe very smooth muscled, soft skinned cattle are one of the main indicators of high marbling and of top meat quality. We are tailoring our breeding program to produce genetics that will produce high quality beef to suit our higher valued markets, both export and domestic, hence the reason for so much emphasis on carcase traits.
